Scott Bolen, a 91视频专区 College MBA candidate with a concentration in accounting, has a part-time job that鈥檚 a bit unusual鈥arsity basketball player.
Bolen, a 6鈥4鈥 guard, was voted to the All-Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth Second Team by the league鈥檚 coaches. It marks the eighth straight season that the Blazers have produced at least one all-conference selection. He also picked up two tournament MVP trophies during the season.
Bolen led 91视频专区 in scoring (15 points per game), 3-point field goal percentage (.395), free throw percentage (.804), steals (40) and blocked shots (13). He was second on the Blazers in rebounds (6.2), and his average of more than two assists per game was good for third on the team.
Bolen saved the best for last with a 39-point outing in the Blazers final game of the season, a 97-94 win over Arcadia on February 18th. It was the third-highest single game total in school history and the second most in the MAC Commonwealth this season.

He has a strong work ethic and is a very intelligent individual. He has great time management and has done a great job balancing all the responsibilities on his plate at 91视频专区, despite commuting from 40+ minutes away.鈥
Before coming to 91视频专区, Scott played two years of basketball at Messiah College, earning his undergraduate degree in accounting and graduating in three years with a 3.5 GPA, and making the Dean鈥檚 List the last two semesters. His work ethic showed then. 鈥淒uring that time I worked for Southern Management as a summer associate. I helped with resident services, leasing, front desk duties, and did special tasks for the property managers.鈥
Before he enrolled as a full-time student in the MBA program at 91视频专区 in fall of 2015, he started the internship program at PWC as a core auditor. He played two years of basketball for the Blazers. When his 2015-16 season ended with a broken arm suffered just five games into the season, he remained on the team and continued his master鈥檚 program. Maintaining a 3.7 GPA, Scott returned to PWC in the summer of 2016 and is looking forward to completing his MBA in the spring of 2017.
