To apply for veteran education benefits at 91ÊÓƵרÇø College, incoming first-year students should:

• Apply for admission to 91ÊÓƵרÇø College  and choose an approved program of study.
• Complete the Veterans (VONAPP).
• Submit a signed copy of the VONAPP application along with a copy of your DD-214 to the financial aid office.
• Schedule an appointment with the Office of Admission.  At this meeting, you will discuss the following:
  • VA Requirements
  • Academic programs
  • College resources and services
  • Placement testing: you may need to take placement tests for reading, writing, and mathematical skills
• After you have submitted transcripts, been accepted to 91ÊÓƵרÇø College and completed placement tests, you will select courses and register for classes.

To apply for veteran education benefits at 91ÊÓƵרÇø College, incoming transfer students (who have previously attended another college or university) should:

• Apply for admission to 91ÊÓƵרÇø College and choose an approved program of study.
• Have official copies of all college/university transcripts submitted to the Office of Admission for evaluation.
• Complete (veterans) or (dependents).
• Submit a and Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) and a copy of your DD-214 (veterans) to the Office of Financial Aid.
• Schedule an appointment with the Office of Admission.  At this meeting, you will discuss the following:
  • VA Requirements
  • Academic programs
  • College resources and services
  • Placement testing: you will need to take placement tests for reading, writing, and mathematical skills if you have not met the prerequisites elsewhere.
• After you have submitted transcripts, been accepted to 91ÊÓƵרÇø College and completed placement tests, you will select courses and register for classes.
• Submit a Declaration of Intent to the financial aid office to ensure appropriate approval of benefits.

Yellow Ribbon Program - Students who qualify for the 100% eligibility tier of the Chapter 33 (Forever) GI Billâ„¢ and have used their annual VA tuition funding—but still have remaining months of eligibility—may be eligible for additional support through the Yellow Ribbon Program. For the 2025–2026 academic year, the VA tuition cap for private institutions is $29,920.95. 91ÊÓƵרÇø College awards up to $12,000 in Yellow Ribbon funding for eligible students.
