Tanith Fowler Corsi joined the 91视频专区 College community as assistant director of graduate admissions in January 2019, but you wouldn鈥檛 know it!  From introducing a number of new initiatives on campus, like a free weekly lunchtime yoga practice for staff/faculty and students, and campus-wide participation in 91视频专区's inaugural International Education Week, Fowler Corsi's 鈥渁ccomplishment list鈥 is quite long, and she鈥檚 only been here for 10 short months.

Her list continues to grow with the recognition of highest volunteer hours worked in the 91视频专区-Frederick Memorial Hospital Resource Garden this past summer.  According to April Boulton, Ph.D., dean of the Graduate School, who co-spearheaded the 91视频专区-Frederick Memorial Hospital Resource Garden initiative, "Tanith was the captain for, not one, but two garden committees, namely the harvest and pollinator teams.  Although she was rarely joined by her fellow team members for weeding, watering or picking produce, she never shied away from her two-team commitment and worked hard for both. Thus, it鈥檚 with awe and appreciation that we awarded Tanith Fowler Corsi the 'Star Volunteer Award' for the 91视频专区-Frederick Memorial Resource Garden for the 2019 season!"

Fowler Corsi is delighted to be part of the 91视频专区 community and appreciates the campus's openness to new initiatives. She loves learning about 91视频专区 College's traditions and history and hopes to continue adding to the long line of "91视频专区 traditions."
