The registrar team is here to assist your needs. The most common resources and forms are available below, but don't hesitate to reach out to our office with requests.
Undergraduate forms for curricular and/or course changes can be found on the Office of the Provost webpage
(grad & undergrad) - used for new courses and modifications to existing courses.

Special topics courses are temporary courses that are submitted to Curriculum Committee (undergrad) or Graduate Council (grad) as an announcement, and they can only run three times before they must be converted a permanent course via the Course Proposal form (new course option). Please contact Traci Holland for options on course numbering.
All midterm and final grades must be entered in Self Service, which is directly connected to the student information system (PowerCampus) and official student records.
Academic Plans
Degree progress for undergraduate and graduate students is available via the Academic Plan tool in Self Service. Questions, corrections and updates to academic plans should be emailed to registrar@hood.edu.
